Landline Restoration ー VISA Appointment Update (as of 24 June 2026)

Our landline service has been restored as of Wednesday 24 June.
Accordingly, we will no longer accept visa appointment requests by Email.
ALL APPOINTMENT REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY TELEPHONE ONLY (TEL: 2530-9400).
Please also be noted that any appointment request sent by Email after 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday 24 June, will not be processed (= we will not respond).
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
